as you may have seen from last friday’s post, and my instagram feed I was off to marfa, texas for the last few days celebrating bri’s birthday. our friend natalie had been there before and hooked us up with the most amazing airbnb’s — two adjoining houses called the Rock City House and the love house at Corte del Norte. connected with a huge shared backyard, i cannot even explain our glee upon opening their front doors. i mean, these hosts went to town decorating — hiring garza marfa to renovate and design the house, and every corner was cuter than the next. texas-style, but not over the top — more of a modern take on marfa style, as I’m about to show you. the houses were plenty large enough for all eight of us, and super centrally located and walking distance to everything you need — from cute local cafes and bars and a wonderful supermarket – the get go. i’m going to share more about the sites to see in marfa later this week, but first on with the first tour of the love house at Corte del Norte. coming soon — please stay tuned for Rock City House.
