home of louise bell featured on my scandinavian home. / sfgirlbybay

welcome to friday finds, friends! this week it looks as though i’ve got bohemian vibes on the mind — and all the little eclectic details that make that very casual, laid back and perfect for the weekend look come to life. it’s the rose bowl flea market this sunday, too so if you’re on the hunt for some vintage treasures, that could be your holy grail. and if you’re not in L.A., you might also like to see what’s up at super marché — our new shipment from france has arrived and i’ll be freshening up the shop next week. enjoy your weekend, and happy hunting one and all!

xo, victoria

  1. this is such a gorgeous space featured on my scandinavian home — it’s the home of louise bell who founded homewares shop table tonic. so should you like the look, check out her shop!
  2. i find these Tentlamps designed by Lotty Lindeman from scheublin & lindeman to be one part whimsical, and one part just absolutely uniquely beautiful. i think i must be channeling my inner circus blood, because these light fixtures just make me smile.
  3. this is such a fresh looking space and i really love the addition of the single wallpapered paneled wall. it’s super subtle, but just adds the right amount of detail and dimension to the room.
  4. milk magazine is not just for kids! well, it’s intended for all things child-style, but i love it for its beautiful art direction and lovely inspiration — like these pretty pastel paper party decorations. just such a lovely color palette.
  5. i love the very bohemian vibe of these madam stolz blankets stacked in mismatched patterns. a look i may just have to emulate around my own home — aka steal this look!
  6. i love one large piece of artwork dominating a room, and this Vase Of Wonder Tapestry is a thing of beauty. it’s got very vintage vibes, like a washed out treasure you might find at the paris flea.
  7. and if you like these looks, then you might like gypset living, Julia Chaplin’s third book in the Gypset series which explores the living spaces of bohemian gypsy-jet-setters around the world. it’s one of my favorites.
