i suppose i’m feeling some lingering love in the air — romantic vibes leftover from valentine’s day out there in the atmosphere. there’s also a lot going on in the world that’s a little unsettling, and i’ll be honest i’m feeling a whole lot of ennui of late. in fact, it’s my favorite word to explain the downside of what we’re experiencing with covid and self quarantining. and sometimes that just makes me wanna crawl under the covers and wait it out. someplace serene with super soft sheets — a pretty place to lay my weary head. i love these rooms because they’re just that and they’re all about the bed. spare and sublime — the perfect place to get away from it all. i hope you’re all doing well, and i honestly hope we get our vaccines and are able to happily hop out of bed soon! no better time to keep calm and try and carry on.
