weekend greetings, friends. i think you’ll be able to tell from this post that i’m really in need of a trip abroad — i need that renewing, different set of energy and inspiration i get from going someplace other than good old home. maybe soon! i think i’m ready to try out airplane travel once again. this week’s friday finds are feeling pretty whimsical, too. i hope they bring you a bit of joy. have a great weekend!

- this very cozy and magical setting is what drew me to this condé nast traveler article featuring the greek island of Andros. i love this charming built-in seating with mismatched pillows and fun, stripey daybeds. greece is a place i’ve never been to but would love to visit, especially if accommodations look anything like this. the article lists some very affordable spots to stay.
- i know this is a very simple vignette of collectibles, but i just love that about it. the color palette is lovely and its simplicity is exactly what i find so charming. it’s the valencia, spain home of the creative couple behind the shop simple which looks pretty darn fabulous, too. see more of their beautiful home on apartment therapy.
- i just love this fashion campaign from jacquemus because it reminds me so much of my visits to parts of southern france and its colorful little row houses. so cleverly executed and styled, they transformed a non-descript open space into what they called place Jacquemus, a colorful South of France town square. brilliant.
- this very spring-forward and pretty kitchen is featured on the collagerie, a super fun newsletter that brings a lot of interesting and fun finds to my inbox. it’s got that certain je ne sais quoi and effortless chic the european blogs often share and their curations are spot-on.
- now, this may look like someone’s beautiful living room, but it’s actually Maison Epigenetic — a private mansion dedicated to good health and wellness featured on the socialite family. check me in! this place looks like an amazing and inspiring place to learn more about taking care of ourselves.
- are you familiar with the work of brooklyn-based artist christina zimpel? if not, then i think you might like to have a peek at her instagram feed. her work truly sparks joy for me. christina’s whimsical look at the world is reminiscent of her childhood in perth, australia, and her daily musings on life in new york.
- this is another room with charming simplicity, designed by French interior design duo Hauvette & Madani. i love the lighting and the colorful, bright feeling this room exudes. featured on sight unseen, one of my favorite blogs for modern design, i think you’ll like to check out the full story here.
- i think this may be the most cheerful home art gallery i’ve ever seen. it’s such an interesting and eclectic mix of art pieces and they look so great tucked away in an unexpecting stairwell, creating such a happy place to land. i might not want to keep climbing (or going down) these stairs for a while!
