this tranquil but very bohemian-feeling loft apartment is right up my alley. featured in architectural digest españa and designed by studio nimú it’s got a fresh, modern and minimalist look but certainly an artsy vibe, too. located in the Malasaña neighborhood of Madrid, Spain its exposed beamed ceilings paired with all those sunkissed whitewashed walls and pale pastels give the space a Mediterranean vibe with an airy, inviting feeling — i could easily go for a spanish siesta right here, right now. i love the efficient design of the built-ins — like the long dining banquette that doubles as both storage and a sleek spot for displaying artwork. practical, simple and utterly stylish.
